Product Description
The Quikaid - Disability Expert Alerts (“Alerts”) application and the associated website available
at www.quikaid.com (“website”) are owned and operated by Quikaid, Inc. ("us" "we" or "our"). Alerts are SMS messages sent to your mobile device.
Opt-In
By opting in to the service, you authorize Quikaid, Inc. to deliver or cause to be delivered to you messages using an automatic telephone dialing system, and you are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any services, property, or goods.
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your
Signup.
By opting-in to the service, you agree that you have read and will abide by both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (found at https://quikaid.com/text#PrivacyPolicy) documents.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to #####. After you
send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm
that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS
messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start
sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to #####.
After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on
how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost

Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross,
Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State,
Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland
Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man),
Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle
Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP
Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and
West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).
In the event that you switch mobile phone carrier while using the Alerts program, you must notify Quikaid immediately so that a new Opt-In can occur. You also agree to notify Quikaid immediately in the event that your phone number changes. If Quikaid does not hear from you regarding a new mobile phone carrier or a new phone number, Quikaid will reasonably assume that no such changes have occurred.
Rates May Apply
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us
and to us from you. You will receive varying messages. If you have any questions
about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Recurring Message Disclosure
You may receive recurring messages or multiple messages. Examples include but are not limited to case status updates, reminders about hearings or medical appointments, or requests to contact us with information.

The Quikaid - Disability Expert Alerts (“Alerts”) application and the website available
at www.quikaid.com (“our website”) are owned and operated by Quikaid, Inc. ("us" "we" or "our"). This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit to us through our website or through Alerts. This includes "Personal Information," which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, email address, last four digits of your Social Security number, medical treatment information, and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as "Anonymous Information," which is information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not permit the
